Returns Policy

Should you wish to return or exchange a product bought from, please follow the returns procedure:

Returns should be made within 28 days of purchase. Please send an email to:, with the subject ‘Return request – order number’ (the order number is shown on the packing slip & invoice), including details of the items you wish to return, together with a reason for their return. Outside of the 28 day returns period, we can only accept items where there is a fault.

When a return request is received we will then send you a return code that should be clearly written on the outside of the box/packet you return the faulty goods in.

Please remember to include a copy of your packing slip.

We recommend you use the Royal Mail Signed For service to ensure the products reach us as replacements can only be sent or refunds given when the faulty or unsuitable goods have been received. Should a product not be suitable, customers are responsible for the cost of postage for product returns. If a product is faulty, ONE Beauty Ltd. will refund the cost of return postage.

If your order included a free gift and you wish to return the entire order, for your return and refund to be processed the free gift needs to be returned too.

Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products

In the unlikely event that there’s a picking error and you receive a product you did not order, or the product/products were delivered damaged or prove to be faulty in any way, providing the above steps are followed we will refund you the purchase price and the cost of returning the product/products.

When using any new cosmetic product for the first time, we recommend you do a patch test to assess suitability and skin compatibility.
