The below terms and conditions (‘the Conditions’) apply to your use of purepapaya.co.uk and to any purchases you make through the purepapaya.co.uk online store. These Conditions and the Terms of Use apply between you and purepapaya.co.uk (‘ONE Beauty Ltd.’, ‘we’ or ‘us’). 2. Purchasing products from purepapaya.co.uk

We reserve the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by ONE Beauty Ltd.

Details of the products available for purchase, including their ingredients and price, are displayed on the purepapaya.co.uk online store, and ONE Beauty Ltd. takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information is added to the purepapaya.co.uk online store. Every effort is made to keep the information as accurate as possible.

Unless a product is on offer, part of a promotion, or offered as a free gift, all prices shown reflect the recommended selling price.

3. Payment Authorisation

Once you have selected the products you wish to order and you click on the ‘Place Order’ button at the end of the checkout process. Once you have clicked on the ‘Place Order’ button we obtain an authorisation from your credit or debit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorised amount. This is a normal procedure with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed. On successful authorisation of your credit or debit card purepapaya.co.uk will email you to confirm your order has been received. We will email you again to confirm when you products are due to ship. A contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and ONE Beauty Ltd. when the products you’ve ordered are shipped to you.

purepapaya.co.uk/ONE Beauty Ltd. may refuse, or be unable to process your order if: 1) The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available. 2) Your credit or debit card is not authorised. 3) You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out at the beginning of section.

4. Product Returns

Should you wish to return or exchange a product bought from purepapaya.co.uk please follow the returns procedure as laid out in our returns policy.

5. General

ONE Beauty Ltd. reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the purepapaya.co.uk online store (or any part thereof) without notice to you; ONE Beauty Ltd. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal; and/or, change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the purepapaya.co.uk online store (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the purepapaya.co.uk online store.

If ONE Beauty Ltd. should change these conditions your order will be subject to the Terms & Conditions at the date and time of you placing your order.

If any part of the conditions is declared unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed deleted from the conditions and the remaining provisions of the conditions shall remain in full force and effect. English law applies to these conditions; any dispute relating to these conditions shall be settled in the English courts.

6. Delivery Information

Products that are in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Customers will be notified of the dispatch of products by email.

We deliver worldwide, and accept payment in GBP Sterling.

Shipping charges will be added on the checkout page, and covered by the purchaser unless the order exceeds the carriage paid order amount; above this purepapaya.co.uk/ONE Beauty Ltd. will carry the cost of shipping.

Domestic delivery will be by either DPD or Royal Mail, and international delivery is via Royal Mail and the local postal service in the customer's country of residence.

VAT is applicable to orders placed by residents of the UK. All international orders for destinations outside the UK are VAT exempt.

7. Special Offers

ONE Beauty Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw any special offers at any time. The customer must meet the requirements for eligibility to purchase in order to take advantage of any special offers. When available, only one special offer per purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Only one free gift is available per order, and will be delivered only while stocks last. ONE Beauty Ltd. will not be held liable if the free gift is not of the purchaser’s choosing. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for other products, nor can an equivalent monetary discount be applied to the order if the free gift isn’t wanted.
